- Click the orange “Support” tab on the left hand side of this site. A convenient form will appear and let you enter the details of your trouble.

- Call us at our technical support number conveniently placed at the right of every page.
- Visit us at http://support.karbonconsulting.com and log in. (If this is your first time using the web-based log in, we’ll help you get an account set up so that you can see your current and previous support ‘tickets’.)

Please note that regular business hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday to Friday not including statutory holidays. Depending on your support plan, you may be billed a special after-hours or ‘emergency’ rate.
